I find the most joy in encouraging individuals with tools that have helped me mentally heal. I approach all speaking engagements with an open heart so that the audience feels connected and that they aren’t alone in their challenges. I speak about life challenges that many people can resonate with, such as mental health, divorce and loss of friendship.
